This PedsCases Note provides a one-page infographic on Salter-Harris Fractures. Salter-Harris fracture classification system grades pediatric fractures that involve the growth plate or “physis”. It was created by Conné Lategan (Medical Student, University of Alberta) with the help of Dr. Curtis Budden (Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery, University of Alberta).
