The following case has been developed by pediatrics resident Mara Tietzen with the help of Dr. Catherine Morgan, a pediatric nephrologist, and Dr. Mel Lewis, a general pediatrician, who are both Associate Professors at the University of Alberta and Stollery Children's Hospital.
