This case was developed by Dr. Chun Che and Dr. Mel Lewis. Dr. Che is a Pediatric resident at the University of Saskatchewan.  Dr. Lewis is a General Pediatrician and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Stollery Children's Hospital and University of Alberta.
