Abnormal Urinalysis in a 9 year old male

This case works through the case of a 9 year old boy presenting with abnormal urinalysis on his yearly physical.  It was developed by Jordyn Thompson, and Dr. Catherine Morgan, a pediatric nephrologist. 

The learning objecives of this case are the following:
1. To review the typical manifestation of CKD in pediatric patients
2. To outline the necessary investigations in a patient with suspected CKD
3. To understand the rationale for different methods of CKD management
