This case works through the case of newborn baby girl presenting with significant cyanosis 18 hours after delivery.  This case will include presentation, differential diagnosis, history, investigations, and management.  It was developed by Dr. Sam Nordlund, a pediatric resident, and Dr. Michael Khoury, a pediatric cardiologist.
