The following questions are designed to test learners' knowledge of leukocoria. This case was developed by Dr. Marvi Cheema, an Ophthalmology resident at the University of Alberta, with Dr. Natashka Pollock, Assistant Clinical Professor and Ophthalmologist at the University of Alberta. 

You are a 4^th year medical student doing an elective in general pediatrics. You are asked by your preceptor to see a 1 month old girl, Sara, for a routine visit.
