This podcast presents an overview of the topic of adolescent pregnancy. In this episode, listeners will learn about the epidemiology, identification and management of adolescent pregnancy. This podcast was developed by Delphine Hansen, a third-year medical student at McGill University, in collaboration with Dr Giuseppina Di Meglio, adolescent medicine physician and pediatrician at the Montreal Children Hospital and professor at McGill University Faculty of Medicine.


An Approach to Pediatric Bowel Obstruction

This podcast presents an approach to diagnosing and managing an important pediatric emergency, pediatric bowel obstruction. Compared to adults, pediatric bowel obstructions have a much broader differential diagnosis, present in a variety of ways and at various ages, and require surgical management in most scenarios. This podcast was developed by Dr. Kevin Verhoeff in collaboration with Dr. Simon Byrns, a pediatric surgery fellow, and Dr. Bryan Dicken, a staff pediatric surgeon.
